This exhibition showcases the work of three Victoria-based artists who are using the language of abstraction with a focus on repetition of geometric elements to address flat and sculptural pictorial planes on a painted surface. The title Synecdoche refers to the literary term where a part represents a whole. These paintings with their compositional all-over expansiveness, create a sense of extension beyond the confines of the painted perimeters.

Bring your doodles to us. Work received to date will be installed in gallery on Tuesday, November 8. However we will receive doodles on an on-going basis throughout the month.

All work completed to be attached to gallery wall. (Doodles can be picked up on Dec 6)
